The city put up for sale 15 non-residential premises located in the southern administrative district of the capital. Objects ranging from 27.3 to 322.9 square meters can be purchased at electronic bidding: 11 premises will be sold through a public offer, two – without a price announcement, two more – through an auction.
The facilities are located in the districts of Brateevo, Danilovsky, Donskoy, Orekhovo-Borisovo Yuzhnoye, Nagatino-Sadovniki, Yuzhnoye Chertanovo and Tsaritsyno.
The largest premises, with an area of 322.9 square meters, are located in the basement of a residential building at 15 Guryevsky proezd, building 1 within walking distance from the Zyablikovo metro station. An object sold through a public offer with an initial price of 11.5 million rubles.
The smallest object is located on the first floor of a residential building at 27 Brateevskaya Street, Building 1, not far from the Alma-Atinskaya metro station. Its area is 27.3 square meters. The premises are sold through an auction, starting price trades – 2.7 million rubles.
“All the premises presented are located on the ground floors and in the basements of apartment buildings within walking distance from the metro. Offices, shops, pharmacies, beauty salons and other institutions may open here. In total, in 2020, the city sold 57 non-residential premises for business with a total area of 6.97 thousand square meters on the territory of the South Administrative District at auction through various forms of sale, ”said Ivan Shcherbakov, head of the Moscow City Department for Competition Policy.
Any individuals and legal entities, including individual entrepreneurs, can purchase premises. The exception is made by state and municipal enterprises and institutions, in the authorized capital of which the share of the Russian Federation exceeds 25 percent.

The investment portal was created with the support of the Moscow Government. More than 8.2 thousand users visit it daily, 42 thousand personal accounts are registered, which provide full access to the resource’s functionality. Also, for more convenient access to services for investors, the Moscow Investment Portal mobile application was launched in 2020. It is available in App Store and Google play.
