Since the opening of access to electronic medical record (EMK) Muscovites have already uploaded more than 170 thousand documents to the service. More than half of them are the results of laboratory and instrumental studies.

In the electronic medical record, Muscovites can see the protocols of the examination of doctors, the results of studies, discharge reports from the hospital, the conclusions of the medical commission, data on ambulance calls and valid prescriptions. Residents have access to the history of their own vaccinations and data on the vaccinations and immunodiagnostic tests performed for children under 18 years old, as well as the test results for COVID-19. You can independently upload documents to the system, enter information about your personal and family history.

In addition, there is a section “Health Diary” in the medical record. It allows you to automatically upload indicators of blood pressure, sugar level, blood oxygen saturation, body temperature and pulse from gadgets and medical devices to the medical card. To do this, you need to set up synchronization in the EMIAS.INFO application, which will transfer health indicators to the electronic medical record from the Apple Health and Google Fit applications on the smartphone.

An electronic medical record can be accessed on the portal. For registration, the user must have a compulsory health insurance policy (MHI) and be over 15 years old. Parents can submit a separate application for access to the children’s card.

Access to the EMC has been open to Muscovites since January last year.
