In Kamchatka, the Ust-Ilimsk small anti-submarine ship from the formation of water defense ships of the Troops and forces in the North-East of Russia, during the delivery of elements of the course task K-2, conducted a set of firing at a sea target – a towed shield from an AK-726 artillery mount. The actions of the ship were provided by the tug “Andrey Stepanov”.
In Primorye, in the Combat Training Grounds of the Sea of Japan, an artillery mount was used by the R-29 missile boat to destroy a simulated air target. The crew also worked out an episode of the destruction of a model of a sea floating mine.
At sea, the actions of the crew were tested when a single ship launched a missile strike against a surface target. During the exercise, the entire algorithm of the combat exercise was completed without actually launching an anti-ship cruise missile.
