The building of the cultural center “Yakovlevskoe” in the TyNAO will be overhauled. It was built in 1980. The project documentation has already been approved, the head of the Moskomexpertiza Valery Leonov.

“In the capital, work is being carried out to restore and maintain in proper condition the institutions of the city infrastructure, including the renovation of cultural institutions. Thus, cultural centers are being renovated and equipped with new equipment so that the townspeople have the opportunity to practice their favorite hobbies in their districts. The project, approved by the specialists of Mosgosexpertiza, provides for both external and internal finishing of the cultural center in the village of Yakovlevskoye, as well as the renovation of its engineering systems. This will undoubtedly make the stay there more comfortable for both employees and visitors, ”said Valery Leonov.

At the entrance, specialists will replace the cladding of the retaining walls and steps, equip fences and renew the surface of the sites. They will also dismantle old windows, doors and gates, and install new ones in their place. The project includes the replacement of stained glass, roof covering and external drainage system.

Inside the building, partitions and fences on staircases will be partially updated, internal slopes of windows and stained-glass windows, baseboards and window sills will be restored. In addition, they will carry out a complete interior decoration in all main, auxiliary and technical premises.

During the overhaul, the entire power supply and heating system will be updated, the water supply and sewerage systems will be repaired.
