As part of a working trip to the Khabarovsk Territory, the Deputy Prime Minister – Plenipotentiary of the President in the Far Eastern Federal District visited the regional martial arts palace “Sambo”, got acquainted with the implementation of investment projects in the industrial park “Avangard” TOR “Khabarovsk”.
The construction of the regional martial arts palace “Sambo” was completed at the end of 2020. The total amount of financing for the project amounted to 897.8 million rubles, including 435.7 million rubles from the federal budget through a single subsidy.
The building has an area of 5 thousand square meters. m housed a universal hall, a specialized equipment hall for martial arts, a gym, a martial arts hall, a wrestling hall. Each hall has rooms for inventory, changing rooms with showers. In the palace of martial arts, there are coaches, a recovery complex, a first-aid post, doping control rooms, a conference hall, and a canteen. Up to one and a half thousand people will be able to stay in the building at the same time. All the halls meet the requirements for holding competitions and federal training standards in such sports as sambo, kyokushinkai, judo, wrestling, taekwondo, mixed martial arts (MMA), mini-football, basketball. The regional palace can become a base for the preparation of Russian national martial arts teams for international competitions in the Asia-Pacific region.
“I am glad that such a complex has arisen. I am glad that it originated in Khabarovsk. There are many wonderful fighters in Khabarovsk, I know many of them personally, I know their level well. It’s great that children will be engaged in a wide variety of combat sports: wrestling, boxing, karate, and judo. I really hope that in the near future the guys will be able to come here for classes. I am sure that this will increase both the sporting glory of the Khabarovsk Territory and the sporting glory of Russia. In my public work, as a co-chairman of the Russian Union of Martial Arts, I will bring up the issue of holding major tournaments in martial arts here, ”said Yuri Trutnev.
“For young Khabarovsk athletes, the regional martial arts palace will open its doors in May. By this time, a staff of trainers will be recruited, the preparation of the necessary documents will be brought to a logical final. Classes in sections will begin immediately after the May holidays. There were suggestions to wait until summer. But we have the opportunity to do everything faster, ”explained Mikhail Degtyarev, Acting Governor of the Khabarovsk Territory.
Another point of visit was the Avangard industrial park in the Khabarovsk ASEZ, where 15 resident companies have already invested more than 2.8 billion rubles in their projects and created 527 jobs. 12 projects have been implemented in the planned volume, including a greenhouse and logistics complex, a container terminal, companies producing popular industrial products, and others.
Thanks to the TOP mode, an automated Class A warehouse complex with refrigerating capacities was built. Its area was more than 30 thousand square meters. The enterprises “Logisterra”, “SV” and “Khladokombinat Khabarovskiy” invested more than 1 billion rubles in the project. “Part of the infrastructure for the needs of residents at the site is provided at the expense of the federal and regional budgets – the construction and reconstruction of roads, an individual gas boiler house. Residents are provided with a constant and stable power supply from a new substation built as part of the creation of infrastructure at a reduced tariff, which allows entrepreneurs to conduct business in comfortable conditions, “explained Eduard Cherkin, General Director of the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic.
Also, Yuri Trutnev drew the attention of the leadership of the Khabarovsk Territory to the need to intensify work on the socio-economic development of the region. “I would like the work to proceed as planned, when all the funds that are provided from the federal budget to support the region, to improve people’s lives, to develop the economy, are effectively and on time used. This is the most important thing that I would like to achieve in the Khabarovsk Territory. The first steps along this path are visible, but these are still the first steps, ”the Deputy Prime Minister stressed.
