The road to the station will become not only comfortable, but also safe. It will be illuminated by 34 lamps with energy-saving lamps. Work has already begun on the installation of lighting poles.
“Many young residents of a residential complex located near the MCD station prefer to get there by bicycle. A convenient bike path from Kuryanovskaya embankment to the station with a length of 0.8 kilometers will be made for them. In addition, it is planned to organize rental points for bicycles and scooters. We have not forgotten about motorists either. For those who make a transfer to the MCD, a parking lot for 34 spaces will be arranged near the station. A taxi stand is also planned, ”the department added.
A lawn with an area of almost 13 thousand square meters will be laid out on the territory. It is planned to complete the work by June 2021.
In 2019-2020, the territories near 27 stations of MCD-1 and MCD-2 were put in order. In 2021, three more MCD-2 stations will be added to them – Kuryanovo, Pechatniki and Shchukinskaya.
