On March 19, under the chairmanship of Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov, a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Alexander Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Fund was held. The results of the organization’s activities in 2020 were summed up, promising areas of work for 2022 were approved.

The Minister noted that the Gorchakov Foundation was able to quickly reorganize to work in the harsh conditions of a pandemic, which contributed to the preservation of the previously achieved rates, allowed to expand the audience and geography of project activities. This was, in particular, the launch of the Center for Analysis and Forecasting of Union Integration Processes in Belarus under the auspices of the Foundation. The proposed areas of activity for 2022 take into account global trends and follow in the wake of the foreign policy of the Russian Federation.
