The two-story building will house an auditorium, a library, workshops and art studios.

A cultural center will be built in the settlement of Klenovsky. Moskomarkhitektura approved the project of the building, a distinctive feature of which will be a canopy over the main entrance. This was announced by the chief architect of Moscow, first deputy chairman Committee for Architecture and Urban Planning of the city of Moscow Sergey Kuznetsov

“The modern appearance of the building is given by the combination of this beveled visor with stained glass glazing and an entrance group deepened relative to the facade,” he noted. The building’s ground floor will house an early development studio, a library and an auditorium. On the second floor there are administrative premises, a choreography room, an art studio and a studio of arts and crafts, a vocal class, sewing and carpentry workshops, a theater lounge and a ballroom.

The total area of the center will be about three thousand square meters.

The space around the building will be landscaped: driveways and sidewalks will be created, trees and bushes will be planted, lawns will be laid out.
