The Yunarmeys from the Kamensk Technical School of Construction and Car Service have prepared an exhibition timed to coincide with the 7th anniversary of the reunification of Crimea with Russia.

The children presented their poems and drawings dedicated to the significant date, read out projects, shared interesting facts, and also took part in a quiz about the cultural heritage and traditions of the peninsula.

Also, with the Yunarmeytsy conducted a lesson about the naval history of the Crimea, in particular about the naval base of the Black Sea Fleet – the city of Sevastopol.

The event made it possible to broaden the horizons of children in terms of ideas about the history of Russia and the Crimean peninsula, to draw attention to the importance of this political decision, to awaken interest and respect for the historical past of Russia.

On March 18, Russia celebrated a public holiday – the Day of the Reunification of Crimea with Russia, in connection with which events are held throughout the country dedicated to this day. Youth soldiers from all over Russia took part in a video greeting to the residents of the Republic of Crimea, in which young patriots and heads of local headquarters share their wishes to the residents of the annexed peninsula.
