The service is provided within 14 working days, excluding the period of suspension of work on the application. As a result, the user gets:

– a certificate of the rights to the housing stock object registered as of January 31, 1998;

– an extended certificate of the rights to the housing stock object registered as of January 31, 1998 (indicating the details of the title documents);

– a certificate of the rights of an individual to housing facilities as of January 31, 1998;

– a certificate of the transfer of rights to the housing stock object before January 31, 1998;

– a certificate of participation until January 31, 1998 in the privatization of the housing stock;
