The reconstruction of the station is planned to be completed by 2022.

At the station Peredelkino of the promising Moscow central diameter “Kievsko-Gorkovsky” (MCD-4), an area of 30.41 hectares will be landscaped. The decree on the approval of the planning project was signed by Sergei Sobyaninat a meeting of the Presidium of the Moscow Government.

Peredelkino station is located between Michurinets and Solnechnaya stations of the Kiev direction of the Moscow Railway (MZhD). Its reconstruction is planned to be completed by 2022.

In place of the old suburban platform, a modern city station will be built with a pedestrian crossing – a concourse across the railway tracks with exits to the platforms and to the checkout halls. It also provides for the construction of a pedestrian crossing over the railway tracks in the alignment of the 1st Lazienki Street. The new structure will provide a transition to the village of Choboty and will connect the two parts of the Novo-Peredelkino district.

Specialists will build sheds from the station to ground transport stops. Thus, passengers will be able to make a transfer here on the principle of “dry feet”. At the station square, drive-in pockets will be equipped and modern stopping pavilions will be installed.

To approach the platform from the northern side, it is planned to build a 500-meter long road with a taxi stand and a U-turn for buses. On the south side, 9th Chobotovskaya Street and a slop-turning area for public transport with a dispatching point are being reconstructed. Additional pedestrian crossings, traffic lights, parking areas and bicycle rentals (bicycle sharing) will appear at the exits from the station.

Reconstruction of Peredelkino station and improvement of the adjacent territory – part of the project for launching the line MCD-4 “Kievsko-Gorkovsky”.
