Pupils of the military-patriotic club “Zubrenok”, sponsored by the special-purpose department “Zubr” of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Pskov region, during the spring school holidays visited the museum of the legendary 6th company, located on the territory of the 104th Guards Regiment of the 76th Airborne -storm division of the city of Pskov.

The event took place as part of the military-patriotic education of the younger generation. Accompanied by the head of the Zubrenok club, an employee of the Zubr special purpose department, Andrey Musatov, 25 pupils of the club – boys and girls aged 7 to 15 years old – were able to go on an excursion.

During the visit, the young guests were told about the feat of the Pskov soldiers, they were shown maps, diagrams, books, the remaining personal belongings found at height 776. In addition, they learned about the perpetuation of memory: what books have been published and about the authors of these books. The guys were able to see samples of weapons and the real uniform of the paratroopers.

At the end of the excursion, the pupils of the military-patriotic club “Zubrenok” learned about the history of the creation of the “Dome” monument located on the territory of the regiment and about the authors who created it. The end of the patriotic event was general photography.
