“Specialists of the municipal economy complex wash staircases, wall cladding and floor coverings, sandblast granite surfaces, metal fences and cast iron elements for subsequent painting. If necessary, local repairs of granite and concrete foundations of the berths will be made, and worn out rubber berth fenders will be replaced, ”he said.

For the safety of passengers at all berths, the markings of boundary lines and direction signs for boarding and disembarking will be updated.

Also, preparation for navigation will take place at the berths of the Northern River Station.

“In addition to the standard flushing and cleaning of the territory, it is planned to organize the dispatching and coastal services, which are responsible for the placement of ships at berths, provide mooring and anchorage. The work of hydrants for refueling vessels with drinking water will be adjusted, devices for their connection to the coastal power supply will be prepared, ”said Pyotr Biryukov.

At the Northern River Station, overhauled 17 berths… With the beginning of navigation, they will begin to accept large cargo and civil ships.
