For the safety of passengers, two pedestrian crossings over the tracks will be built on the site. A new station, Ilimskaya, will also be built.
Residents of the Otradnoye, Lianozovo, Altufevsky and Vostochnoye Degunino districts will be able to comfortably get to the MCD-1 stations. “As part of the project, the Degunino and Beskudnikovo platforms will be reconstructed, and a new one, Ilimskaya, will be built. It is planned to create comfortable conditions for transporting passengers to MCD stations. There will also be new pedestrian routes, which did not exist before, and the townspeople will no longer experience significant inconveniences. One of the main advantages of the project is the construction of pedestrian crossings across the tracks, which will increase the safety of passengers, ”said Yuliana Knyazhevskaya.
It is planned to build the projected driveways No. 4052, 4648, 4376, 4376а, 5281, 2176. The ceramic driveway will be extended to the Degunino stopping point, which will greatly simplify the way to the station. There will also be reconstructed streets Ilimskaya, Pomorskaya, Projected driveways No. 2176 and 2257.
For the convenience of residents, new public transport stops will be arranged. There will also be two off-street pedestrian crossings: near the Lianozovo station and in the area of Zaryanova Street, between the stopping points Beskudnikovo and Degunino. Also, a pedestrian walkway under the railway tracks will be reconstructed in the area of house 16, building 6 on Dubninskaya street.
Cycle paths will appear along Ilimskaya Street, Puteviy Proezd, Projected Driveways No. 4052, 2176 and 2257. Taxi stands and bicycle parking will be organized near Degunino, Beskudnikovo and Ilimskaya stations. It is also planned to create parking lots for cars.
Additionally, elements of modern urban navigation will be placed, including road signs.
