The metropolitan metro has renewed its website – the appearance of the site has changed, new functions have been added. Users, for example, can use their personal account to manage a Troika card on any device.

The new version has a section with answers to frequently asked questions, an online directory with information on transfers, exits and ground transport, as well as a list of services available at the stations (souvenirs, Live Communication stands, toilets, music and books, etc.). In addition, now on the site you can leave a request to search for lost things, see current excursions in the metro and learn about the rules of trade in the subway. Alexander’s chatbot has also been launched in the web version.

In future updates, the site will have an even more convenient metro map and a section on all repairs and temporary changes. There are also plans to expand the directory of stations, add history, a diagram and photos of all stations and infrastructure for low-mobility passengers to it.

The old version of the site remains available at:

Many townspeople use not only the website, but also the Moscow Metro application. It was recently certified platinum at the 2021 AVA Digital Awards in the category “Application for the public sector”… The jury appreciated its usability, customer focus, efficiency and design.

The application has 4.6 million registered users. With its help, you can manage the Troika card, buy any tickets, view the workload of wagons and much more. The app is available for devices on platforms iOS, Android and AppGallery.
