In the youth center of the urban district of Krasnogorsk, a ceremony was held to sum up the results of the first stage of a series of patriotic competitions in the Moscow region of the 2021 season, which was attended by over 450 teenagers. This was announced by the military commissar of the Moscow region, Colonel Alexei Astakhov.

“At the first stage of a series of patriotic contests, 474 people and over 40 youth army units took part. The main purpose of the contests is to evaluate the effectiveness of the activities of the youth army detachments of the Moscow region and to encourage the best youth soldiers. 12 finalists and 4 youth army detachments became the winners of the contests, ”said Alexey Astakhov.

He noted that a number of competitions were held in the Moscow region for the first time. This is a review of the youth army detachments and members of the Yunarmiya movement for the Military Commissar’s Cup and the competition “There is such a profession – to defend the Motherland”.

Yevgeny Nenashev, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Youth Army for Regional Development, and veterans of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation took part in the award ceremony.

Maria Notchenko from Balashikha, Ksenia Ignatkina from Lyuberets, Igor Serebryakov from Shchelkov, Vladislav Akishin from Kashira, Roman Yakovlev from Krasnogorsk, Daria Lebedeva from Orekhovo-Zuevsky urban district, Philip Bykov from Dolgoprudny, Kirill Smirnov from Zaraisk and Alexander Shmykov from Klin.

The Lyubertsy Cadets detachment was recognized as the best in the competition of the youth detachments for the Cup of the Military Commissar of the Moscow Region. In second place is the Fakel detachment of the Balashikha urban district. The three leaders are closed by the detachment of the military-patriotic association “School of Survival” from Khimki. The Victory Falcons detachment of the urban district of Lyubertsy was recognized as the laureate of the competition.

Gleb Kirichenko from the Naro-Fominsk urban district was recognized as the best junior soldier of the Moscow region. The second place is taken by Evdokia Privezentseva from Lytkarino, and the third place according to the results of the competition was awarded to Nicole Kezber from the Sergiev Posad urban district.

The Yunarmiya movement was created on the initiative of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Sergei Shoigu in 2016. In the Moscow region, the movement unites more than 34 thousand participants.
