The final stage of the Olympiad was held in Ulyanovsk.
The final stage of the All-Russian Olympiad in history for schoolchildren has come to an end. At the Ulyanovsk State Pedagogical University named after I.N. Ulyanov named the best participants. Fifteen pupils of the capital’s schools received diplomas of the winners, 50 Muscovites became prize-winners.
Four Muscovites received special prizes in the nominations “Best Essay”, “Best Essay on the Great Patriotic War” and “Best Performance in the Third Round.” The final was held from 23 to 28 March in three rounds. Schoolchildren from 67 regions of Russia took part in the competition.
At the moment, the finals of the Olympiad in four subjects have ended: French, economics, chemistry and history. As a result of the past competitions, students from 64 schools in Moscow won 260 diplomas of winners and prize-winners.

The All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren is held in 24 subjects. The competition includes four stages: school, municipal, regional and final. To get to the next level, you need to overcome the threshold of points, which is set by the organizers of the Olympiad.
The municipal stage is provided for students in grades 7-11, and students in grades 9-11 can participate in the regional and final stages. Winners and awardees of the final stage can enter without exams in any Russian university in areas corresponding to the profile of the Olympiad. The organizer of the final stage is the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.
