In addition, users appreciated the convenience of the City mobile application, which helps to receive bonuses and discounts. The total number of participants in the loyalty program at the end of February 2021 exceeded 1.4 million people.
Most often, using the Gorod mobile application, users spent bonuses to pay for mobile communications, purchase groceries in stores and drugs in pharmacies, pay for transport trips and food delivery services. The most active user of the application has accumulated 42 thousand bonuses (one bonus is equal to one ruble). The largest purchases that were paid for with bonuses this year were an electric scooter and a smart watch.
