Moskomarchitecture coordinated the project of a child-adult polyclinic for 320 visits per shift in the Molzhaninovsky district. The facades of the building will be decorated with pylons and vertical ribbed glass fiber reinforced concrete panels, said the chief architect of Moscow Sergey Kuznetsov.
“The architectural solution of the facades will correspond to the general design code developed for Moscow polyclinics. The main material is fiberglass concrete, pylons and ribbed panels will be made of it, ”he explained.
The polyclinic with an ambulance post for two parking spaces will occupy a five-storey U-shaped building with a total area of about 11 thousand square meters. The offices of the children’s department and the antenatal clinic will be located on the first, second and third floors, the offices of the adult department – from the first to the fourth floor. On the fifth floor, administration offices and a conference hall for 60 seats will be equipped.
The entrances to the departments, antenatal clinic and the ambulance post will be separated. Sheds will be mounted above them, benches will be placed next to the entrances, flower beds will be laid out in the adjacent territories. There is also a parking lot for 33 cars.
“The designers have paid special attention to the comfort of patients not only inside the building, but also outside. A “healing environment” will be formed on the territory. Firstly, this is maximum landscaping using hypoallergenic and phytocidal plants. Secondly, useful sports loads – a workout zone will be organized at the site for training, rehabilitation and relaxation, ”added Sergey Kuznetsov.
Visitors with disabilities will also be able to use the simulators. A playground will also appear on the territory.
Since 2011 in Moscow built about 100 city, federal and private healthcare facilities – buildings of hospitals, clinics, ambulance substations. For the next three years, it is planned to build 39 medical facilities, including more than 20 outpatient clinics.
