In Babushkinsky district this year, the roofs of two residential buildings recognized as cultural heritage sites will be repaired. These works are part large-scale regional overhaul program…
So, the repair will take place in the building at the address: Lenskaya Street, 2/21. This residential building was built during the Great Patriotic War, although the main development of the central part of the Babushkinsky District took place in the late 1930s – early 1950s. On the ground floor of the building there are premises for shops.
Another object is a historical building at the address: Rudnevoy street, house 9. It was built in 1953, and also became part of the mass development of the central part of the Babushkinsky district. The building has retained its historic brick color, and the facades are decorated with stucco moldings.
In these houses, specialists will completely replace the pitched roof covering, repair the drainage system and install fences. All work is carried out in strict accordance with applicable building codes and regulations.
