The work is scheduled to be completed in 2021–2022.

The project for the planning of the territory adjacent to the reconstructed station Ochakovo and the station under construction Aminevskaya Kievsky direction of the Moscow Railway (MZD) was approved. The resolution on this issue was signed by Sergei Sobyanin… The work is scheduled to be completed in 2021–2022.

From the new station Aminevskaya it will be possible to make a convenient transfer to the station of the same name on the Big Circle Metro Line. Thus, two more modern city stations with pedestrian crossings-concourses across the railway tracks with exits to platforms and to the cash halls will appear on the Kiev direction of the Moscow Railway.

At the same time, the improvement of the territory adjacent to the stations will be carried out. Passengers will be able to make transfers here on the principle of “dry feet”. Sheds will be built to the stops of ground transport. At the station squares, modern stopping pavilions will be installed and drive-in pockets will be equipped. Also, there will be buildings of terminal stations and slop-turning platforms for ground transport, taxi stands and areas for parking and renting bicycles. Construction of a multifunctional complex with underground parking is planned near the Aminevskaya station.

In the area of house 10, building 1 on Bolshaya Ochakovskaya street, a pedestrian crossing will appear across the railway tracks.

It is also planned to reconstruct Vokzalnaya Street, Ochakovskoye Highway, Stroykombinat passage and the construction of new road sections, including:

– from the intersection of Natasha Kovshova Street and 1st Ochakovsky Lane to Bolshaya Ochakovskaya Street;

– from the passage of the Stroykombinat to the Aminevskoe highway;

– from the passage of the Stroykombinat to Vokzalnaya Street;

– from Ochakovskoe highway to Vokzalnaya street;

– from Aminevskoe highway to General Dorokhov Avenue (reconstruction).

Most of these streets are located in the industrial zone and are practically not suitable for pedestrian traffic. During their reconstruction, comfortable sidewalks and bike paths leading to the railway stations will be made. A large pedestrian zone will also appear along Natasha Kovshova Street.

Reconstruction of Ochakovo station, construction of a new station Aminevskaya and improvement of the adjacent territory are part of the project to open the line of the fourth Moscow Central Diameter (MCD-4) “Kievsko-Gorkovsky”.
