Buuza according to the recipe of the soldiers of the special-purpose unit “Kodar” of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Trans-Baikal Territory was prepared by the head of the Stavropol Penitentiary Institute Pavel Shtepa in the culinary studio of Tigran Melik-Adamyan.
The book “Prepare as Special Forces”, published by the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in 2020 for the anniversary date of the OSN, presents dishes from all corners of our multinational country.
One of them was chosen by our colleague Pavel and Tigran, a well-known Stavropol blogger, presenter who was included in the top ten leading Russia, businessman, head and founder of the only school-studio “Culinarium” in Stavropol.
Tigran Melik-Adamyan noted the availability, originality and simplicity of preparation according to special forces recipes and does not exclude the possibility of using recipes from the FSIN cookbook in his master classes.
