Moscow has started accepting applications for participation in the annual competition “Best Implemented Project in Construction”. It will be held for the 22nd time. The head of the capital Department of Urban Development Policy Sergey Levkin.

“Projects in the field of construction and restoration are accepted for participation, which were implemented and received permission for commissioning in the period from January 1 to December 31, 2020. The competition will traditionally be held in 12 nominations, the best metro stations, schools, kindergartens, residential buildings, sports facilities, office buildings and business centers, shopping and entertainment complexes will be determined, ”he said.

According to Sergei Levkin, over the years the competition has won the trust of developers and townspeople. Participants can submit an unlimited number of applications until May 31 through the “Developer’s Cabinet” service of the information and analytical system for managing urban planning activities.

“For each nomination, its own criteria have been developed, which are taken into account when evaluating the announced projects. This is the originality of architectural and design solutions, the use of innovative technological solutions in construction, the quality of infrastructure and landscaping, the integration of the project into the existing landscape, compliance with construction deadlines and standards, the recognition of the project among city residents and the professional community, ”said the head of the department.

The winners of the competition will be determined by the city competition commission chaired by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction Andrey Bochkarev.

In August, on the eve of Builder’s Day, the Mayor of Moscow will award the best projects.
