State Budgetary Institution “Mosstroyinform”, also known as “House on Brestskaya”, is an information and analytical center of the Moscow Urban Development and Construction Complex. Its history is connected with the creation of the first model of the capital. A miniature copy was made from precious woods for 10 years – from 1976 to 1986. A building was built specially for its exhibition at the address: 2nd Brestskaya Street, house 6. Over time, it began to be called the “House on Brestskaya”. The heading “Pulse of the Capital” reflects the changes that have taken place in Moscow. They are offered to be evaluated in a game format. For example, using emoticons, you can vote for the comfort of new metro trains, the convenience of paying for utility bills, and much more. Also, at the end of 2020, “active citizens” had the opportunity to send the points accumulated in the project to charity.
