Muscovites can get tested for coronavirus infection free of charge by appointment at one of 162 polyclinics.

More than 20 million PCR tests for coronavirus infection have been carried out in Moscow. This was reported by the press service of the capital’s social development complex.

“Despite the fact that the situation is less tense now, high-quality mass testing is still an integral part of the fight against the pandemic,” the press service said.

Today, a public registration for ELISA and PCR testing is open in the city. In addition, tests for coronavirus are taken without fail from townspeople with signs of SARS, from patients with pneumonia, as well as from everyone who lives with COVID-19 patients. Testing for coronavirus is a prerequisite for patients in non-infectious hospitals, including with planned hospitalization.

Adult Muscovites can take a free PCR test for coronavirus infection by appointment at one of 162 polyclinics. Treatment rooms have been opened for children in 45 children’s polyclinics. Research results will be available in resident’s electronic medical record on the portal and in the UMIAS.INFO application within three days from the date of the analysis.
