It will be connected to the Okruzhnaya MCC station, the MCD-1 station of the same name, and the Aeroexpress.

The construction of the northern entrance hall of the Okruzhnaya station of the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya line of the Moscow metro is planned to be completed next year. This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction Andrey Bochkarev.

“Okruzhnaya station of the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya metro line was opened with one southern entrance hall in 2018 as part of the Petrovsko-Razumovskaya – Seligerskaya section,” he recalled.

The northern vestibule will be integrated with the Okruzhnaya station of the Moscow Central Circle, the station of the same name of the first Moscow Central Diameter (MCD-1) and the Aeroexpress.

The construction of the escalator tunnel for the northern vestibule is being carried out in difficult hydrogeological conditions with an inflow of water up to 270 cubic meters per hour. For comparison, the capacity of the tank of a fire engine is from two to eight cubic meters.

“In February, the last 126th ring of the inclined tunnel with a diameter of 8.5 meters was installed, special methods of soil freezing were used. Now metro builders are installing fan rings to connect the inclined course with the tension chamber, “- said the head of the capital Construction Department Rafik Zagrutdinov.

Okruzhnaya MCD-1 station was opened in 2018; Aeroexpress trains of the Sheremetyevo direction make stops on the platform.
