Military musicians of the combined orchestra of the Caspian Flotilla (CFL) began training as part of the parade crews. More than 50 servicemen of military bands of military units and formations of the flotilla will take part in the celebrations in Kaspiysk dedicated to the 76th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

Under the guidance of the military conductor, the servicemen worked out the marching techniques and rebuilding, then the combined orchestra began rehearsals for military marches, to the music of which on May 9 the participants of the solemn procession will march and the columns of military equipment will move.

In total, the servicemen of the combined orchestra will perform about 20 compositions of the war years in a marching version, as well as modern works, while more than 15 types of instruments of a brass band will be involved.

During the parade for the guests and residents of Kaspiysk, the musicians will demonstrate their skills in holding a parade concert and performing musical compositions from the service and combat repertoire.

The Victory Parade in Kaspiysk will take place on May 9 at 10:00 on V. I. Lenin Square. This year, the parade will be attended by about 1.5 thousand servicemen of the CFL and representatives of other departments, about 40 pieces of equipment will be involved, including the Bal coastal missile systems and the Tor anti-aircraft missile system.
