A series of webinars timed to coincide with World Health Day will take place from 5 to 9 April.
Specialists Research Institute (SRI) of ambulance named after N.V. Sklifosovsky will host a series of World Health Day webinars. From April 5 to April 9, anyone who wishes will have the opportunity to ask a doctor a question and get an answer to it on the air.
Broadcasts will be available on youtube channel Research Institute named after N.V. Sklifosovsky and on his page in Instagram… When choosing topics, specialists were guided by the most frequent questions of patients, which they ask at consultations and on the pages of the institute in social networks.
So, on April 5 at 18:00 a webinar “The main questions about hospitalization at the Sklifosovsky Research Institute” will be held. Marina Sholeninova, Deputy Chief Physician for Medical Affairs, will talk about how to get treatment and sign up for a consultation at the Sklifosovsky Research Institute, how residents of the regions and foreigners can receive medical assistance at the institution, and answer other pressing questions.
On April 6 at 12:00, Olga Shakhova, Senior Researcher of the Department of Acute Gynecological Diseases, will hold a webinar “All about HPV and routine monitoring of women’s health.”
On April 7, a series of online events will take place. At 08:00, a live broadcast entitled “Morning Exercise with the Head of the Department of Medical Rehabilitation” is scheduled. Lev Semyonov will conduct a 15-minute workout: he will show the exercises and talk about the benefits of each of them. And at 12:00 on the broadcast “Warm-up for office workers”, he will demonstrate exercises that can be done in the workplace.
In addition, on April 8, at 15:00, at the webinar “Life hacks for persistent headaches,” Lesya Zavaliy, a senior researcher at the Department of Neurology, will introduce exercises that will help to cope with a headache attack.
On April 9, at 14:00, “COVID-19 Recovery Recommendations” will be broadcast live. The head of the therapeutic department for patients with coronavirus infection, Irina Babayan, will answer frequent questions from patients about what to look for after recovery and why weakness and coughing may bother you. She will also tell you what exercises you need to include in your daily routine and what examinations are worth taking.
Research Institute of Ambulance named after N.V.
