The City Planning and Land Commission of the city of Moscow provided the investor with a plot of one hectare without a bidding, said the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov.

“Investments in the project will amount to 500 million rubles, 185 new jobs will be created. Since the beginning of the year, this is the seventh decision to provide land without tenders within the framework of large-scale investment projects with an expected investment volume of more than five billion rubles, ”he said.

Thanks to the decisions taken this year, four industrial technoparks, an enterprise for the manufacture of musical instruments and two production complexes will appear in the city to expand the capacities of the All-Russian Research Institute of Aviation Materials.

“The city will provide almost 8.5 hectares of land plots for these projects without bidding. As a result of their implementation, over one thousand jobs will be created in the capital, ”the head Department of Investment and Industrial Policy Alexander Prokhorov.

Today, more than 40 large-scale investment projects are being implemented in the industrial sector of the capital. The expected volume of investments for them will be about 80 billion rubles. Thanks to them, over 20 thousand new jobs will be created.
