Today in St. Petersburg the pupils of the youth army detachment of the Western military district “Yunarmiya-Dzerzhinets” congratulated the veteran of the Great Patriotic War Alexander Ivanovich Mozgovoy, who celebrated his 100th anniversary.
Yunarmeytsy together with Petersburgers came to the house of the veteran, presented flowers and gifts, and at the end of the congratulations they marched in a solemn march with equalizing to the veteran. The soloist of the Mariinsky Theater Mikhail Kolelishvili sang the song “Eternal Flame”. The congratulations were also joined by representatives of the North-West Patriotic Center “Avangard”, members of the Presidium of the “OFFICERS OF RUSSIA” organization.
Alexander Ivanovich Mozgovoy devoted his entire life to service in the Armed Forces, having gone from cadet to colonel.
