On the first (non-residential) floor of the building there will be shops, cafes, beauty salons, sports clubs, circles and sections for children. Each section has a lobby, a hall with two lifts with a lifting capacity of 400 and a thousand kilograms, rooms for the attendant, for storing cleaning equipment, mailboxes and technical rooms.
The new building has already been equipped with security systems for entrances, video surveillance, access control and management, warning and evacuation control in case of fire, as well as fire alarms.
The territory near the house was landscaped: recreation areas and a playground appeared in the courtyard, flower beds were laid out around the house, shrubs and trees were planted.
The renovation program was approved in the capital in 2017. It was attended by about 350 thousand families who will move to modern comfortable apartments. Already built according to the program more than a million square meters of housing.
