The government has established a special procedure for the provision of state and municipal services, which will be in effect until the end of 2021.

We are talking about a simplified, including remote, format of providing citizens with the most popular services in the social sphere. Among these are the registration of pensions and various benefits, compensation payments for non-working citizens who care for the disabled and the elderly, providing disabled people with technical means of rehabilitation. According to the decree signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, the Russian Pension Fund and the Social Insurance Fund will also be able to introduce simplified rules for identifying applicants.

A similar procedure for the provision of state and municipal services was introduced in June and was in effect until the end of 2020. The issue of its extension was discussed on April 6 at the meeting of the Coordination Council under the Government to combat the spread of coronavirus… By in the words of Mikhail Mishustinuntil the collective immunity to this infection has developed, it is important to do everything necessary to keep people safe.

The Prime Minister emphasized that it should be convenient to receive public services at all times, and not only during a pandemic. “We need to look at which remote services are most in demand now, and keep them in the future, while not completely switching over to the online format,” said the Prime Minister and asked his deputies Dmitry Grigorenko and Dmitry Chernyshenko to pay special attention to this issue.
