Experts from the Moscow Industrial Development Agency created chatbot @PromMos_Robot, which works in the Telegram messenger. With its help, industrialists can quickly receive up-to-date information on subsidies and other support measures, as well as select a site for the location of the enterprise. This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov.

“The chatbot in the Telegram messenger was specially created for operational support and consultation of industrial enterprises. With its help, business representatives can leave an application on their questions online, without calling specialists. It is very convenient and saves a lot of time. In the chatbot, you can get up-to-date information about existing subsidies and the launch of new products in Moscow, learn about the possibilities of technological audit, and also clarify which department is responsible for this or that issue, “the deputy mayor added.

To ask a question and get advice, you need to go to the chatbot @PromMos_Robot and click start. After that, the bot called “Moscow Industry Support Hotline” will ask you to indicate the TIN of the enterprise, its actual address, as well as the last name, first name, patronymic, position and contacts for user feedback.

“The bot will transfer this data to a specialist of the Industrial Development Agency, who will remotely select the necessary information and send it to the user using the contacts specified in the request. In addition, industrialists can directly communicate with the agency’s specialist in the chatbot, if they have additional questions, ”the head of the agency said.

In February in Moscow appeared hot line to support industrial enterprises. For a month, specialists have answered more than 50 questions from industrialists.
