Participants of the women’s parade crew of the combined arms army of the Western Military District were vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine at the base of the command brigade in the Voronezh region.

Female military personnel train for three or more hours daily, in turns and as part of parade crews, so each participant in the parade in honor of the 76th anniversary of Victory accepted a voluntary desire to be vaccinated.

Before vaccination with “Gam-COVID-Vac” (“Sputnik V”), the participants underwent a mandatory examination by a therapist, aimed at identifying contraindications, and also familiarized themselves with the recommendations for introducing a correct lifestyle in the period between the introduction of the first and second components.

Three days after the vaccination, the female soldiers continued their ceremonial training.

In total, more than 100 female servicemen of the combined arms army of the Western Military District will take part in the parade in Voronezh for the second time.
