Elena Zelenova, Chairperson of the Public Council under the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in Moscow, and the leadership of the Institute of Applied Mathematics named after M.V. Keldysh of the Russian Academy of Sciences, close cooperation has been established.

To replenish the library fund of the institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in Moscow, employees of the Institute of Applied Mathematics named after M.V. Keldysh of the Russian Academy of Sciences donated more than 4,000 copies of books for convicts free of charge. Among these books are works of domestic and foreign classics, works of modern writers, scientific and educational literature, as well as historical essays, works about the Great Patriotic War and poetry.

Elena Zelenova, Chairman of the Public Council under the Federal Penitentiary Service, member of the Public Council under the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, Candidate of Economic Sciences, noted that the literature received was sent to the colony-settlement No. 2 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in Moscow. Elena Alekseevna thanked the management and employees of the Institute for their cooperation, attention and assistance in replenishing the library fund of the institution.
