Specialists will renovate the facade of the building, replace utilities, repair entrances, stairs and balconies.

A brick dwelling house built in 1927 on Sadovnicheskaya Street is awaiting a comprehensive renovation in accordance with the approved design solutions. This was announced by the chairman Moskomexpertiza Valery Leonov.

On the façade of the building, the plaster will be renewed, the walls and the basement will be painted, the eaves of the cornices will be replaced, the slopes will be repaired and the sealed areas will be treated with an antiseptic. In addition, specialists will clean and treat external metal elements with an anti-corrosion compound, replace the frame and cover of the canopies above the entrances to the entrances from the main and courtyard facades, and install vestibule and entrance doors.

On the balconies, it is planned to replace screeds, waterproofing and ceramic tiles, install metal drips and repair the bottom and side edges of the slabs, which will be painted later.

The project also provides for the renovation of the basement – the stairs will be updated there and the handrails will be replaced. In addition, work will be carried out on the roof and attic: all wooden elements of the roof will be treated with antifungal and flame retardant compounds, and the floors will be insulated.

“As part of the overhaul of engineering and technical systems, replacement of the input-distribution device, main risers of apartments, floor panels and general lighting will be performed. They will also replace the cold and hot water supply system, according to the existing schemes – domestic sewage, heating. Then, refurbishment will be carried out in the places where engineering communications pass, ”said Valery Leonov.

According to the chairman of the department, ceilings, floors and walls in the entrances will be repaired, the walls of the first floor will be replaced with ceramic tiles, and the lower parts of the staircases will be restored. They will also update metal railings and install new wooden handrails.
