In Moskvorechye-Saburovo 11 residential buildings are to be relocated.
Some of the houses included in the renovation program will not be demolished – they are planned to be reconstructed and redesigned. Four such facilities are located in the Moskvorechye-Saburovo area, the head of the Department of urban planning policy of Moscow Sergey Levkin.
“Four houses in the south of Moscow will be preserved because they have architectural and cultural value. The settled houses are located at the following addresses: Kashirskoe highway, house 68, building 1, building 70, building 1 and building 72, building 1. Residents of building 66, building 1 on Kashirskoye highway are in the process of moving. The buildings were erected in 1952 and 1954 according to individual projects. After reconstruction, they will be adapted for modern use, which will be determined based on local needs, ”said Sergei Levkin.
According to him, residents of three settled houses moved to a new building located on Borisovskie Prudy Street. Their relocation began in December 2019 and ended in November 2020.
There are 24 preserved objects on the territory of the Southern Administrative District of Moscow. In addition to Moskvorechye-Saburov, they are located in the Danilovsky, Donskoy, Nagatino-Sadovniki and Nagorny districts.
In general, 378 houses were included in the renovation program in the South Administrative District, 44 launch sites were selected for the construction of new housing. In Moskvorechye-Saburov, they plan to relocate 11 houses, where more than 1.5 thousand people live.
The renovation program was approved in the capital in 2017. About a million Muscovites took part in it – they are residents of more than five thousand houses. All of them will be able to move to modern comfortable apartments. For them already built over a million square meters of new housing.
