This was announced by Yulia Soskova, head of the Samara department of FGKU Rosvoenipoteka, during a press conference dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the creation of FGKU Rosvoenipoteka.

“Over the 15 years of the accumulative mortgage system’s existence, servicemen have bought more than 22.5 thousand apartments under the Military Mortgage program in the area of responsibility of the Samara department of Rosvoenipoteka, which is 11 regions of the Volga Federal District,” said Yulia Soskova.

She noted that the average area of housing purchased was about 80 square meters. meters. Most of the apartments were bought in the Samara, Orenburg and Nizhny Novgorod regions, respectively.

The representative of Rosvoenipoteka also spoke about new changes in legislation for participants in the savings and mortgage system. She especially emphasized that according to the NIS, a soldier has the right to conclude an agreement on equity participation, buy an apartment on the secondary market or register a house with a land plot.

Rosvoenipoteka adapts the system to the current needs of participants in the accumulation and mortgage system, for example, the use of family capital to purchase housing or pay off debt under a loan agreement. Recent changes in the legislation allow the purchase of housing under an equity participation agreement with the placement of funds on an escrow account, which will significantly expand the opportunities for an NIS participant, ”said Yulia Soskova.

To resolve issues on concluding a targeted housing loan agreement and exercising rights, a hotline has been organized. Each member of the NIS or his representatives can get advice taking into account their time zone.
