The information service will be available on the mos.ru official portal, in the My Moscow mobile application, as well as on the websites www.moek.ru and www.online.moek.ru.

The information service, with the help of which residents can find out the schedule of hot water outages, will start working after April 20. The service will be posted on the mos.ru portal, in the My Moscow mobile application, as well as on the websites www.moek.ru and www.online.moek.ru.

“The information service has been made as convenient as possible for users. To find out the date and terms of work, you need to write the street name and house number in the search box, after which information will be provided on the start and completion dates of the work, “- said the Deputy Mayor of Moscow in the Moscow Government

Peter Biryukov

As noted in Department of Information Technologies of the city of Moscow, The service for checking the hot water cut-off schedule opens annually and is steadily popular with mos.ru users. In 2020, almost three million people have used it.

Scheduled outages of hot water, necessary for high-quality preparation for the heating season, will begin in the capital on May 11.

The hot water supply is turned off for up to 10 days, this is necessary to carry out preventive work on heating networks and equipment of the heat supply system. Before September 1, hydraulic testing of networks with a length of more than 16 thousand kilometers will be performed. This will prevent technological disturbances during the heating season and ensure reliable heat supply to consumers.

For hydraulic tests and repairs, sections of heating networks are taken out of service one by one. As a result, the supply of the heat carrier, which provides heating of the water, is temporarily interrupted to the heat points.
