They plan to place technological, industrial, agro-industrial parks and business incubators there.

In Pechatniki, the former industrial zone No. 57 Kuryanovo will become a public production cluster, said Juliana Knyazhevskaya, chairman of the capital Committee for Architecture and Urban Planning.

“As part of the development of the territory of the former industrial zone, it is planned to build a modern social and production cluster in its place. The territory provides for the placement of technological, industrial, agro-industrial parks and business incubators, which in the future will create new jobs, ”she said.

The reorganization of industrial zones and the creation of centers of public activity in their place is one of the priority tasks of the city’s urban planning policy.

The territory on which construction work will take place is eight hectares. It is located near the station of the second Moscow Central Diameter Pererva. Now there are old premises, garages and non-core businesses that are unusable.

The city is doing a great job to ensure that abandoned industrial areas receive a second life. They are actively being reorganized to meet the modern standards of technopolises and industrial clusters. Thanks to this, the districts of industrial zones become attractive for investors and entrepreneurs, new jobs and public spaces are created there next to residential areas.

Electronic public discussions of Kuryanov’s reorganization plan will take place until April 27. You can ask your questions and share ideas on the site of the “Active Citizen” project in the section “Public Discussions”… All proposals of citizens will be considered by the developers of the plans.
