In St. Petersburg, in accordance with the plan approved by the Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy, Admiral Nikolai Evmenov, a planned check of the level of physical training of officers of the High Command of the Navy and servicemen of military units and organizations directly subordinate to the Commander-in-Chief of the Navy began.

The physical readiness of military personnel is checked according to such basic parameters as endurance, strength and speed. Those passing the test have the right to choose to perform one of the exercises for each physical quality.

In particular, servicemen pass cross-country cross at distances of 1 and 3 kilometers, test their strength in swimming, demonstrate speed at distances of 100 meters and in a 10 by 10 shuttle run, perform pull-ups on the crossbar, force lifts on the crossbar and bench press 70 kg.

The results of the control check of the physical training of servicemen of the Main Command of the Navy will be reported to the Commander-in-Chief of the Navy, Admiral Nikolai Evmenov.
