The apartments are completely ready for living: they have wallpaper, laminate flooring, tiles, the necessary plumbing, a sink in the kitchen and an electric stove.

In the Nekrasovka district, 1,693 apartments are ready for Muscovites who are in line to improve their living conditions, and for orphans. More than half of the housing in new buildings on the streets of Maresyev, Helicopter and Marshal Eremenko is intended for them. 13 apartment buildings for 2.7 thousand apartments in Nekrasovka were built as part of the Targeted Investment Program. This was told by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov.

“Apartment buildings have already been commissioned. Now employees

City Property Department, the state-owned enterprise “Civil Engineering Department” and the contractor company are carrying out the technical acceptance of the premises. They assess the quality of the finish and the absence of defects, as well as compliance with the declared parameters, ”said Vladimir Efimov.

He added that the city has already received more than a third of the total housing built in Nekrasovka – almost 600 apartments. This work will be fully completed in June.

Muscovites registered with housing, as well as orphans, will receive from the city comfortable, ready-to-live apartments: they have wallpaper, laminate flooring, tiles, the necessary plumbing, a sink in the kitchen and an electric stove. The minimum area of one-room apartments is 32 square meters, two-room apartments – 54 square meters, three-room apartments – 74 square meters. Most, that is, 10, houses are 17-storey, two houses are 25-storey and one is 14-storey. They are within walking distance from the Nekrasovka metro station, there is all the necessary social and commercial infrastructure nearby. Zeninsky Park and the Pekhorka River are located nearby, in addition, some of the houses are located on the shore of a large reservoir – Black Lake.

“As the acceptance progresses, information about the apartments is sent to Muscovites. In case of consent to the proposed option, the City Property Department issues an appropriate order and draws up a social employment contract. If a refusal follows, the apartment is offered to other families in the order of priority, and the refused waiting list is offered other options, ”said the Minister of the Moscow Government, head

City Property Department Maxim Gaman.

Since 2010, when more than 138 thousand families were registered with housing in the capital, the queue of Muscovites in need of housing has reached the lowest values and continues to decrease annually. By mid-April 2021, this list includes 48.1 thousand families. On average, the queue for improving housing conditions is annually reduced by 10 percent. This is due to the provision of apartments from the city housing stock and through cash payments from the budget for the purchase or construction of housing. About 80 percent of the apartments provided to those on the waiting list are in new buildings, and 20 percent are in the secondary stock after the repair.

Moscow is a national leader in providing housing for orphans. For 10 years – from 2011 to 2020 – the city provided them with 6285 comfortable apartments. In 2021, at least 900 orphans living in the capital and reaching adulthood will receive housing. There is no queue or debt of the city for this category of Muscovites. All work is carried out as planned.
