All ships will comply with the necessary sanitary requirements.

The summer navigation season opens on April 24 in the capital. On this day, a traditional ship parade will take place on the Moskva River. In the new season, both already favorite excursions and new routes await guests and residents of the city.

Thus, it is planned to launch a circular route from the pier of Gorky Park with a U-turn near Zaryadye, without intermediate stops. The walk will last 50 minutes. In addition, various thematic excursions with quizzes have been prepared.

Tourists are also offered a route with stops at five berths in the city center, with audio guides in six languages, a telescopic roof for panoramic views and more than 50 attractions. Flights start every half hour. All tickets, both 24 and 48 hours, can be purchased online.

“The opening of passenger navigation marks the beginning of the summer tourist season in Moscow. River walks are especially popular among residents and guests of the capital. One of the main innovations of this season is the Hop-On Hop-Off Water Tours. A tourist, buying a ticket for 24 or 48 hours, gets the opportunity to get off at any provided stops, walk around the city, and then return to walking on the water again. This approach is in line with the best world practices and will make Moscow even more accessible and attractive city for tourists, ”said Tatiana Sharshavitskaya, Deputy Chairman

Tourism Committee.

A digital service will help you find out more about river walks Russpass… And on the media platform #Moscowstobyyou can find a cycle of online excursions dedicated to unusual facts about the waterways of the capital.

Important attention is paid to the safety of tourists. Moscow has joined the international Safe Travels program. It is the first global travel safety initiative amid the pandemic launched by the World Travel and Tourism Council in 2020. The Safe Travels badge has already been received by the flotilla cruising along the Moskva River. This means that all vessels comply with the necessary sanitary requirements.

Moscow berths and embankments also ready to open navigation… The specialists of the municipal services complex replaced the worn out rubber quay bumpers and carried out local repairs of the granite and concrete foundations of the quays. In addition, the marking of the boundary lines and direction indicators for embarkation and disembarkation has been updated there.
