The relocation is organized by the prefecture of the administrative district. The application must indicate the date and time of resettlement and, if necessary, additional information about large and fragile items. Now there are more than 30 information centers operating in the city. “At the beginning of the relocation, in the first two days after the opening, the centers work from 09:00 to 21:00 without a lunch break. Then the work schedule changes: from Monday to Saturday from 12:00 to 20:00 without a lunch break, Sunday is a day off. All consulting services are provided absolutely free of charge, ”said Sergei Levkin.

He also reminded that it is now possible to apply for the “Help in Moving” service online. To do this, just fill out a special form on mos.ru in the section “Housing, housing and communal services, yard”

The renovation program was approved in Moscow in August 2017. It concerns about a million Muscovites – residents of 5175 houses. All of them will be able to move to modern comfortable apartments. More than a million square meters of new housing have already been built under the program.
