“This Saturday, in the north-west of Moscow, in Mitino, the resettlement of residents of three more houses located on Parkovaya Street will begin. These are houses 7, 30 and 31, of which it is planned to relocate more than 500 residents to house 33 on Parkovaya Street, ”said Sergei Levkin.
The new building was commissioned at the end of 2020. A monolithic building of variable number of storeys with underground parking was built according to an individual project.
According to the standards of the renovation program, public spaces have been landscaped, children’s complexes and recreation areas have been equipped.
The renovation program in Mitino included 14 houses, where more than two thousand people live. Two launch sites were selected on Parkovaya Street – house 33, which has already been commissioned and is being populated, and property 7, for which urban planning documentation is being developed.
The renovation program was approved in 2017. It provides for the resettlement of 5175 houses, in which about one million Muscovites live. The first participants in the program moved to new apartments in 2018.
