Therefore, the basic story is the content of education, understanding the processes that are taking place at school, and an attempt to accelerate these changes through digital transformation, ”said Sergei Sobyanin.

Digitalization, according to Sergei Sobyanin, is primarily based on the foundation of the current management model.

“There is a foundation for management decisions that exist de facto. And if digitalization is imposed on an unsuitable management model, then the model will be doubly, tripled unusable. Not only are there problematic processes inside, but also to impose a grid of digitalization and electronic services from above, and a failure is guaranteed to you, ”added the Mayor of Moscow.

Maksut Shadayev also spoke about the importance of adjusting management processes. According to him, this is what will make it possible to effectively use digital technologies in the field of public services.

“We have money allocated by the federal body only in the context of changes in quality indicators.
