Specialists will update the facade and utilities.
In Sokolniki, a major overhaul of a residential building erected according to an individual project in 1940 will be carried out. The building is located at Rusakovskaya Street, 18/20.
During the Soviet Union, the workers of the A.D. Tsyurupy (now the Melkombinat in Sokolniki) is one of the oldest grain processing enterprises in Russia, founded in 1881.
The architecture of the house is distinguished by the high first floor characteristic of that time, the windows of which, together with the second floor, create a single arched composition. The cladding of the lower part of the building is made of red brick. The windows of the third floor, as well as balcony openings, are decorated with decorative elements – panels. In total, the house has seven floors, each of which has two or three spacious apartments. This is also a distinctive feature of the Stalinist residential buildings of the 1940s.
The overhaul project provides for the renovation of the facade, engineering power supply networks. The specialists will also put in order the internal drainage systems, cold water supply and heat supply systems, repair roofs and basements, as well as entrances.
