In the cities of the Kaliningrad region, in honor of the 76th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, ceremonial crews are being trained. In total, more than 1,300 military personnel, 92 units of ground equipment and 20 aircraft are planning to participate in the parade.

Specialists of the psychological service of the Baltic Fleet did a great deal of work in preparing personnel for participation in the parade. The initial psychological examination of more than 1,300 servicemen made it possible to select the most professionally reliable, with a high level of resistance to stress factors, formed by moral and psychological qualities.

Participation in a parade is a great responsibility for a soldier, associated with a long training period and its intensity. With the personnel involved in ceremonial training, psychologists carry out activities to form psychological readiness, develop skills in regulating emotional and functional state, and increase stress resistance.

Specialists regularly conduct sociological and psychological monitoring among military personnel in order to study the current mood and motivation of the parade participants. This allows in a timely manner, together with the commanders, to develop measures to prevent negative phenomena in military collectives, directions of psychological support for servicemen and to adjust work with personnel.
