The landscaping area will be almost eight hectares.

A park with eco-trails will appear in the southeast of Moscow (in the Ryazan district). The investor will improve the territory with an area of almost eight hectares. This was announced by Anastasia Pyatova, chairman of Moskomstroyinvest.

During the first stage of the project, one hectare will be put in order. With the help of technologies, geoplastics will form green hills, a network of paths and eco-trails. The stage is planned to be completed in 2021.

Work on the creation of the park will be carried out as part of the construction of a residential complex located at Ryazansky Prospect, possession 26. Houses are being erected here on an area of 27.5 hectares, the construction of the first stage is now being completed.

An area of 2.37 hectares will be landscaped near the new houses by 2023. Here they will make a lighted walking area, plant trees and bushes, equip places for recreation. The concept of renewal of the site has been agreed with the Moscow Department of Natural Resources and Environment.

Earlier it was planned that the total area of the park would be less and amount to six hectares. However, the developer asked the city to increase the area so that the residential complex would be more harmoniously integrated into the urban environment.

In addition, the investor plans to build an exit to Projected passage No. 306 near the residential complex. This will provide residents of new houses with high-quality transport infrastructure and improve transport links in the Ryazan region.
