On the territories of the municipalities of the Amur region, the patrol-control and patrol-maneuvering groups continue to work hard to identify and timely suppress violations in the field of fire safety, as well as to extinguish fires in dry vegetation. Daily aerial reconnaissance of natural areas, private residential sector and summer cottages carried out with the help of an unmanned aerial system makes it possible to identify arsonists of dry vegetation and fires at its initial stage.

For example, during a patrol using an unmanned aerial system on April 24, an arsonist of dry vegetation was identified at one of the summer cottages. The fire from its site spread to an area of about 3 hectares, which was facilitated by dry and windy weather. The forces and means of the Blagoveshchensk fire and rescue garrison were immediately sent to the place of the detected fire, which fought the fire for an hour and a half. The arsonist was brought to administrative responsibility.

On April 25, another arsonist was found by the patrol and control team. The man became the culprit of a large fire of dry vegetation on an area of about 2 hectares. A patrol-maneuvering group of 5 people and one piece of equipment was involved in the elimination of the fire. The arsonist was brought to administrative responsibility and now he has to pay a fine of 4 thousand rubles.

Over the past weekend, employees of supervisory activities and preventive work of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Amur Region, together with other supervisory authorities, drew up 36 protocols on administrative offenses against citizens for violation of fire safety measures. In total, since the beginning of the fire hazardous period, 783 reports on administrative offenses have been drawn up.
